Wanted to formally introduce myself on here to all my followers. My name is Elvis, and im currently residing in Rock Hill, South Carolina. My life journey is a testament to resilience, and being relentless in pursuit of excellence. Growing up as one of four siblings with deaf parents, I learned early on the importance of overcoming adversity, perseverance and being persistent in getting what you deserve!

After graduating high school, I quickly joined the Army National Guard, serving for 10 years as a wheeled mechanic. *E During my military service, I developed a passion for bodybuilding, striving to become a professional bodybuilder. This discipline taught me the value of being consistent, and being resilient!

While in the military, In 2018, my partners and I got started in real estate by flipping a single property which quickly grew into a thriving business operating in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Which became known as Carolina Offer!

With over 150 transactions completed and close to 50 properties in our portfolio, our business usually consist of partnering with investors and local communities to generate substantial returns and just overall doing deals!

In 2022, after becoming a father to my daughter, it just gave my life a new meaning. She inspires me to work harder, chase dreams, and create a lasting legacy. s
